Beautiful and functional kitchens as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1. After the initial site meeting, we prepare a cost estimate based on the discussions with you.
Step 2. This is an exciting step! Once you are happy with our cost estimate, we invite you to a meeting with our designer to discuss finer details and view available materials. We then prepare detailed drawings and Scope of Works and firm up the quote based on your final selections.
Step 3. Now it’s time to sign a contract and book your renovation start date. Hurray! Your dream kitchen is just around the corner.
Did you know that in Western Australia all “ building work” (including kitchen renovations) where the value of the fixed price contract is between $7,500 and $500,000 is governed by the Home Building Contracts Act 1991? That means you are protected by law from unfair contract terms and conditions. We will talk about it more during planning stage of your project.
