We work on the design of your home directly with you and can offer, if necessary, the services of our professional interior designer.

Our Complete Home Renovation service includes (but is not limited to):

  • Prior to commencement of renovations, we prepare an accurate and comprehensive Scope of Works in easy-to-understand language so there are no surprises down the track. This Scope of Works forms part of your Renovation Contract.
  • We follow guidelines of the WA Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety and requirements of the Building Contracts Act 1991 so you know you are protected by law.
  •  Our work is compliant with the Australian Standards and we generally go above and beyond the minimal requirements of the Building Code of Australia.
  • Our work comes with a 6-year statutory warranty as a minimum.
